Muchos son en la India y en lugares aledaños que por siglos han confiado en la naturaleza y en el poder del agua, corriente y viva que contiene mucho más prana o energía, y cuando la tenemos en jarras o botellones lo ideal es airearla. También conviene airearla antes de prepara te u otra bebida y antes de usarla para bañarnos. El agua es uno de los agentes primordiales para el organismo fisiológico. La falta de agua ocasiona la mayor parte de enfermedades. Son muchas las personas que toman muy poco agua y sufren de muchísimas enfermedades por esta causa. Es imprescindible que hablemos de dos de los usos del agua más importantes, el baño interno y el baño externo. El agua no se inyecta precipitadamente sino lentamente para que vaya suavizando y desprendiendo la materia fecal que a veces tiene años pegada y es trasmisora de múltiples enfermedades. Este tratamiento debe aplicarse tres noches seguidas, después tres veces mas pero una noche si y otra no, a continuación cada tres noches por tres veces mas, y después cada semana por tres veces. Para mantener la limpieza de nuestro aparato digestivo debemos tomar mucha agua, dos litros mínimo.
